Privacy Policy

Last updated: 3 July 2026

At a glance

This is a static website. It sets no cookies, uses no tracking or analytics, and embeds no third-party content that would transmit your data to others. Because of that, no consent banner is needed. The only data processed is what your browser unavoidably sends to the web server to deliver the pages.

Controller

The controller responsible for data processing on this website is:

Hosting & server log files

This website is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany.

When you visit the site, the web server automatically records information that your browser transmits, in so-called server log files: the requesting IP address, date and time of the request, the page/file requested, the referring URL, and your browser type, version, and operating system.

This data is processed on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest) for the purpose of operating the site securely and reliably and is not merged with other data sources. Log data is stored only for a short period and then deleted. A data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR) is in place with the hosting provider.

Cookies & local storage

This site does not set any cookies. Your selected colour theme (light/dark) is saved in your browser's local storage on your own device only — it is not a cookie, contains no personal data, and is never transmitted to the server.

Fonts

All fonts are self-hosted and served directly from this website. No connection is made to Google Fonts or any other external font provider, so no data is shared with such services.

Analytics

This website currently uses no web analytics, tracking, or profiling of any kind. Should this change in the future, this privacy policy will be updated accordingly before any such tool goes live.

Encryption (SSL/TLS)

For security, this site uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the "https://" prefix in your browser's address bar.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), and to object to processing (Art. 21) regarding your personal data. To exercise these rights, please use the contact details above.

Right to lodge a complaint

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the member state of your habitual residence, place of work, or place of the alleged infringement.
